|Trilby and Teddy|
Weaning. Trilby is being weaned and she is not happy. Teddy is none to happy either because he is away from the other cattle and only has a calf and our crotchety old ram, Crinkles, for company. For such small cattle, they sure make their feelings known. Bellowing enough for a whole herd. The mothers aren't concerned at all.
Waiting. Unbeknownst to Teddy, he is in waiting for the butcher. I don't give advice but if I did, I would suggest that you a) do not name your future meat and b) do not have cute 'meat' that children become attached to.
